The Story of Moonlight and Mary-Lou

Once upon a time there was a young girl called Mary-Lou, but most people called her Mary. Now, Mary was a scared little girl. She was scared of everything, but she loved animals and heaps of people said she was an animal whisperer.

One day, Mary went out exploring in the grassy meadow when she saw a beautiful horse grazing. She did not know where it had came from, nor whether it was wild or it had just ran away from it's home. She did not know what to do so she ran straight back home to tell her Mum and Dad.

The next day Mary went back to the meadow to see if the horse was still there, and it was! So quietly, Mary crept up to the horse and tried to lasso it. But then it reared up and Mary lost her grip and the horse broke free and bolted!

Gone Out Fishing

When we went fishing, we saw the cutest little blue penguin. It looked like it was a baby as it was drifting in through the harbour:
